vintage 1970s halter neck maxidress that is a blend of Preppy and Hippie/Bohemian! Wide waistband with plunging neckline, halter straps tie at the back of the neck, waistband turns into sash to tie at back of waist. Skirt has soft pleats on the sides, deep bottom ruffle.
